FocusKPI is partnering with a high-tech SaaS client to find a Marketing Operations Analyst for their Marketing Operations & Technology team. This role is designed to share and execute the client's marketing data strategy, bridging the gap between complex data infrastructure and strategic marketing initiatives.
The position is a hands-on technical role ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity and works autonomously with large data sets. You will bring structure to complex problems by writing complex SQL to access warehouse data and building audiences through a Customer Data Platform (CDP). The team values innate curiosity and a passion for deriving value from disparate data sets, offering a dynamic environment to improve skills within the modern data stack.
Your day-to-day will involve driving data governance and consistency across systems to enable effective audience targeting. You will ensure compliance with privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA while collaborating with cross-functional teams like IT and engineering to integrate data sources. The role requires a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation in data processes.
