FocusKPI is partnering with a high-tech SaaS company to find a Marketing Operations Analyst for their Marketing Operations & Technology team. This role is designed to share and execute the client's marketing data strategy, serving as a bridge between complex data infrastructure and strategic marketing initiatives.
This is a hands-on technical position ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity and works autonomously with large data sets. You will bring structure to complex problems by writing complex SQL to access data in the warehouse and building audiences through the customer data platform (CDP).
The core mission involves driving data governance and consistency across systems to enable effective audience targeting while ensuring strict compliance with privacy regulations like GDPR and CCPA. The ideal candidate is innately curious and passionate about identifying novel approaches to derive value from disparate data sets. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT and engineering, to integrate data sources and design solutions that align with evolving marketing requirements.
