About the Role

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Principal/Sr. Principal Facility Electrical Engineering Technical Lead for the team supporting the Sentinel program. This position is located in Roy, UT.

This candidate will join the Sentinel Launch Systems Infrastructure Facility Electrical Design (FED) Team, serving as a system and/or equipment design engineer. The role requires the ability to understand the intent of Weapon System design at a general level and follow direction on how that informs facility power system design and equipment design decisions. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic and possess fundamental electrical engineering skills.

You will work in a fast-paced environment with high expectations, significantly diverse assignments, and collaborative settings across all levels. A key aspect of this role is fostering diverse and inclusive teams with high levels of engagement, while also receiving mentoring and coaching from leads. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for collaborating effectively with Engineering teams and associated stakeholders.
