The AI Infrastructure GPU Operations Team drives deployment planning, execution governance, operational readiness, reliability, and business rhythm for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure's (OCI) rapidly expanding GPU infrastructure portfolio. As AI becomes embedded across our products and services, we help customers turn that promise into a better future for all. Our team ensures the reliability of large-scale GPU fleets that power industry innovations and life-saving care, connecting engineering, platform, operations, business, finance, and leadership teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

About the Role

As a Principal Technical Program Manager, you will lead cross-functional programs that connect complex GPU operations initiatives. You will own the operating mechanisms for regional deployment readiness, GPU fleet health, milestone tracking, executive reporting, and incident governance across multiple concurrent programs. This role requires turning ambiguous technical and operational inputs into clear priorities, metrics, decisions, and action plans.

You will thrive in a collaborative environment where you communicate crisply with senior stakeholders and drive consistent execution through ownership and disciplined follow-through. Your work will directly impact the way the organization scales by strengthening dashboards, telemetry, documentation, onboarding, playbooks, and the practical use of AI to improve operations productivity. You will serve as a primary escalation point between engineering and operations teams, resolving priority conflicts and accelerating issue resolution while ensuring high-volume change activity is managed effectively.
