The Northrop Grumman Defense Systems Sector has a need for a Principal/Engineer Test within our Integrated Mission Solutions (IMS) organization in Warner Robins, GA. This engineering position sits within the Manufacturing Engineering Team and is dedicated to supporting radar development and sustainment programs.
In this role, you will be an integral part of a technically diverse and fast-paced team. You will support the APN241 program at both the NGC site and customer locations, acting as both an individual contributor and a team member. Your day-to-day will involve collaborating across cross-functional areas including systems, manufacturing, test and equipment engineering, material management, and process reengineering. You will engage in radio frequency (RF) troubleshooting and root cause analysis for radar systems, including Line Replaceable Units (LRUs), Line Replaceable Modules (LRMs), and circuit card assemblies (CCAs). Additionally, you will provide laboratory support for hardware upgrades, sustainment, and testing, while maintaining and upgrading legacy test stations.
This position requires daily on-site work in Warner Robins, GA, with travel required approximately 10% of the time. The role may be filled at either the Engineer Test or Principal Engineer Test level, depending on the candidate's background and experience.
