This position serves as a strategic leader for the organization's technical sourcing function, designed to secure top-tier talent for complex and niche roles that often require security clearances or specialized IT skills. You will serve as a bridge between technical needs and executive leadership, communicating complex sourcing plans to ensure alignment at the highest levels of the organization.
