This position serves as a strategic leader for the organization's technical sourcing function, designed to secure top-tier talent for complex and niche roles that often require security clearances or specialized IT skills. The role exists to drive continuous improvement in sourcing practices by adopting cutting-edge technologies and methodologies, ensuring the organization remains ahead of industry best practices.
In this capacity, you will provide thought leadership to the organization, developing and executing long-term strategies to meet current and future talent needs. You will act as a bridge between sourcing operations and executive leadership, communicating complex sourcing plans to ensure alignment at the highest levels. The role also involves mentoring junior sourcers, guiding them on best practices and advanced techniques, while overseeing task delegation and quality control within the team.
You will manage large-scale sourcing projects, utilizing data-driven insights to refine approaches and leveraging tools such as Boolean searches, OSINT, and specialized platforms like HirEZ and SeekOut. A key part of the day-to-day involves building strong relationships with hiring managers and senior leadership to ensure department-specific hiring needs are met, while maintaining rigorous compliance with internal and governmental regulations in candidate record management.
