This position serves as a strategic leader for the organization's technical sourcing function, driving long-term talent strategies to secure complex and niche technical roles. The role is critical for filling positions that often require security clearances or specialized IT skills, ensuring the organization remains competitive in the government contracting and technical sectors.
You will act as a thought leader, designing and executing sourcing methodologies that leverage advanced technologies and industry best practices. The day-to-day involves managing large-scale sourcing projects, utilizing data-driven insights to refine approaches, and building strong relationships with hiring managers and senior leadership to align with department-specific needs. Beyond execution, you will mentor junior sourcers, guiding them on best practices and overseeing quality control within the team.
