About the Role
Maximus is seeking a Principal Technical Recruiting Specialist to serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership and hiring managers. In this capacity, you will drive workforce planning and deliver high-impact technical talent across our federal civilian, health, and defense markets. Operating as a trusted advisor, you will manage complex recruitment initiatives from conception to completion, acting as a labor market analyst, candidate career coach, and process change agent.
This role is pivotal in shaping hiring strategies for both funded and proposal requisitions. You will specialize in engaging passive candidates within cleared and technical talent markets, building scalable pipelines, and executing targeted search campaigns. As the resident talent acquisition expert, you will mentor recruiting teams, optimize sourcing tools, and ensure strict regulatory compliance, including OFCCP standards. This position operates remotely and offers the opportunity to influence senior leadership through strategic briefings and cross-functional collaboration.
