About the Role
Maximus is seeking a Lead Technical Recruiting Specialist to partner closely with executive leadership, hiring managers, and recruiting teams. This role is designed to drive strategic workforce planning and deliver high-impact technical talent across our federal civilian, health, and defense markets.
As a trusted advisor, you will lead advanced sourcing and recruiting efforts for both funded and proposal requisitions, with a specialized focus on engaging passive candidates within cleared and technical talent markets. You will operate as a mentor and expert, managing complex recruitment initiatives from conception to completion while continuously refining hiring strategies to meet evolving organizational goals. This position is fully remote.
