About the Team
Our Global Specialty Recruiting (GSR) team is a highly specialized group focused on hiring exceptional talent for complex, hard-to-fill scientific, design, academic, and executive roles across Amazon. We are comprised of recruiters, researchers, and recruiting coordinators, supported by central program management, business analysts, and admin staff. Our organization partners with and influences leaders across the business, as well as PXT, Legal, Finance, and Security.

Our recruiters are embedded within scientific and technical communities, allowing us to leverage industry connections and a nuanced understanding of specialized skill sets. About the Role
As a full-life cycle recruiter on this team, you will collaborate with talented peers and leverage leading-edge recruiting technology to make a meaningful impact on Amazon's growth. You will serve as a vital strategic partner, helping to shape our talent acquisition approach and elevate the candidate experience for some of the most sought-after technical professionals in the world.
In this role, you will partner with research teams to identify and cultivate candidates that enable innovation and scale. You will create unique search strategies to deliver the right leaders at the right time and develop innovative ways to connect with senior-level science talent. You will own business and stakeholder relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to executive hiring managers while conducting informational calls, screens, and interviews throughout the candidate life cycle.
