Principal Solution Architect

About the Role

The Red Hat North America Telco team is seeking a Principal Solutions Architect to join our mission of building trusted relationships with our most strategic customers. In this role, you will guide new business for top Cable providers across the US, acting as a bridge between customer needs and Red Hat's open source technology. You will specialize in architecting solutions for public, private, and hybrid cloud environments, advocating for customer priorities while collaborating with internal product teams and partners.

This position is ideal for someone with a passion for open source and a deep understanding of business processes who can identify and create enterprise-level solutions. You will serve as the primary technical advocate, educating customers on the Red Hat solutions portfolio, conducting live demonstrations, and managing complex proofs of concept. Your goal is to foster deep relationships with customer leadership and technical staff while driving the adoption of Red Hat's high-performing Linux, cloud, container, and Kubernetes technologies.
