About the Role

Our team in Tewksbury, Massachusetts, is seeking a Principal Software Engineering Architect to join our world-class engineering group. In this role, you will translate customer needs into viable architectural and design solutions, leveraging a deep understanding of software principles and theories.

You will work collaboratively with the team to deliver exceptional products, introducing modern architecture and processes to enhance the product lifecycle. A key part of your mission involves identifying, managing, and mitigating technical risks while mentoring the team to foster their technical and professional growth. This position requires a Top Secret security clearance and U.S. citizenship, as only citizens are eligible for such clearances.

Hiring Process and Application

Security Clearance: This position requires an active and transferable U.S. government-issued Top Secret security clearance. The DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles the clearance process. More information can be found on the U.S. Department of State website.
