About the Role

Our team in Tewksbury, Massachusetts, is seeking a Principal Software Engineering Architect to join our world-class engineering group. In this role, you will bridge the gap between customer needs and viable architectural solutions. You will be expected to leverage a deep understanding of software principles, theories, and concepts to drive critical thinking and effectively communicate complex ideas.

You will work collaboratively to deliver exceptional products, introducing modern architecture and design processes to enhance the product lifecycle. A key part of your mission involves identifying, managing, and mitigating technical risks while mentoring the team to foster their technical and professional growth.

Hiring Process and Application

This position requires an active and transferable U.S. government-issued Top Secret security clearance on day one; U.S. citizenship is mandatory as only citizens are eligible for this clearance level. The DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (an agency of the Department of Defense) handles the security clearance process.
