About the Role
As a Principal Program Quality Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of advanced electronic systems designed to protect our warfighters. This position offers a rewarding leadership opportunity within a diverse and growing portfolio. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, develop and implement quality processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Your primary focus will be strategic leadership, proactive risk mitigation, and high-level decision-making in support of the Production Lead. You will be responsible for navigating complex manufacturing environments, conducting effective audits, and supporting program personnel in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. This role is designed for a detail-oriented professional who can work independently with little oversight while leading program initiatives and risk reduction activities.

Familiarity with Paperless MES, Oracle, and PLM.
