As a Principal Product Marketing Manager, you will be a senior, high-impact individual contributor responsible for strengthening commercialization across our priority growth initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Marketing, you will lead through expertise, judgment, and influence rather than formal people management.
In this role, you will drive go-to-market strategy, positioning, messaging, and sales readiness across key solution areas, with a particular focus on donor-related opportunities and the commercial inputs that improve pipeline and revenue performance. You will partner with Product, Sales, Demand Generation, and leadership to prioritize high-value plays, ensuring that stronger positioning, segmentation, and enablement drive the fastest results.
Your day-to-day will involve defining success metrics for launches, translating complex product capabilities into clear, benefit-driven narratives for both Protestant and Catholic audiences, and acting as a strategic connector across the organization to improve alignment on priority commercial initiatives.
This is a remote role approved for the following locations in the Southeast region: Georgia, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Alabama, Mississippi, and Florida.

Experience at a company in the $100M–$500M revenue range navigating growth-stage complexity.
