About the Role
As the Marketing Lead, Operations and Enablement, you will run the day-to-day marketing engine for the Legal division. Based in London, Barcelona, Chicago, or Raleigh, you will report to the Senior Marketing Manager and serve as the primary point of contact for inbound requests. Your core focus is owning the intake, prioritization, and timeline management required to translate complex stakeholder needs into clear, actionable briefs.
This is a highly collaborative role designed for a proactive, highly organized marketer with 5+ years of experience. You will partner directly with senior sales leaders, product teams, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to draft first-pass content and manage the workflow from conception to final proofing and design. By maintaining a transparent workboard and proactively identifying capacity constraints, you will ensure the team can scale effectively while maintaining rigorous quality control.
