The Advanced Effectors and Space (AE&S) Sub-Strategic Business Unit within Raytheon's Advanced Technology Strategic Business Unit is seeking a Program Cost Controls analyst for a strategic Withheld Program. This is a Major program and Key Strategic Pursuit for the company, offering high-level engagement with the customer, Raytheon, and RTX leadership that could be a career-defining opportunity.

About the Role

You will partner with a multi-functional program team, including the Program Director, Contract Administration Managers (CAMs), and Integrated Product Team (IPT) Leads, to support the financial execution of a program with significant scope. In this onsite role based in Tucson, AZ, you will provide critical analysis to assist leadership in making sound decisions. Your work will directly support Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) deliveries, including IPMDAR and CFSR, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.

Your day will involve collaborating with key functional leaders in the Program Office, Engineering, and Supply Chain to drive efficiencies. You will serve as a vital link between finance and program execution, supporting variance analysis, quarterly Estimate at Completion (EAC) reviews, and the implementation of Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS). This position offers the chance to work on complex data reporting that evolves with the organization's needs.
