Key Responsibilities
- check_circleLead and manage the HWIL IPT through all phases of the project lifecycle
- check_circleLead system integration activities within HWIL facilities to support signal presentation
- check_circleLead troubleshooting and failure investigation activities within assigned HWIL facilities
- check_circleGenerate requirements, statements of work, and verification plans for HWIL design
- check_circleLead HWIL engineering teams performing test system design, assembly, and integration
- check_circleCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals
- check_circleDefine project schedules, budgets, and resource requirements with the Program Manager
- check_circleOversee the design, development, and integration of HWIL test environments
- check_circleManage risk identification, mitigation strategies, and resolution of technical challenges
- check_circleProvide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
- check_circleAct as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- check_circleSupport proposal development and planning activities for future HWIL projects
Requirements

Nice to Have
Earned Value Management System (EVMS) Certified or able to obtain certification within 6 months. Experience with electronics design and/or data analysis. Experience troubleshooting systems using test equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, data acquisition systems, and bus analyzers. Knowledge of networking and IP addressed based equipment. Experience with equipment rack assembly, cable assembly/installation, and electronics maintenance. Familiarity with communication interfaces such as RS-232, RS-485, Ethernet, CAN, and 1553. Familiarity with model-based systems engineering (MBSE), Agile development methodologies, and HWIL architectures. Experience with Advanced signal generation and presentation across RF test environments. Experience with Ultra, CHIP, and ARC development environments.
