The Shipboard Effectors Department is part of the Test Equipment Engineering Team Directorate, where we focus on the production of Shipboard Effectors products and subsystems. We are a multidiscipline team dedicated to supporting weapon system product development and deliveries through rigorous factory support and integrated development environments.

Education: Bachelor's degree in STEM required with 8+ years experience OR Advanced degree with 5+ years.
Ability to provide technical leadership in a multidiscipline team environment. Familiarity with Military Systems and Military Test Standards. Familiarity with the Test Equipment development, including a working understanding of the TEE One Page Process. Experience with commonly used engineering design and analysis tools including but not limited to: Altium, DX Designer, Mentor Capital, Creo Schematic, Creo Parametric. Experience with programming languages including but not limited to ATEasy, C++, C#, Java, Python or Visual Basic. Experience utilizing integrated development environments and debugging tools to troubleshoot software. Experience leading the integration of analog, digital, and mechanical system designs. Self-starter and able to manage workload to meet assigned deadlines. Introduction or experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps Server or GitHub. Written and interpersonal communication skills.
