As a Manager/Principal, you will serve as a bridge between deep technical expertise and high-level business strategy. You will mentor diverse teams of engineers and technicians while acting as a trusted consultant to clients. Your work involves identifying new technologies, leading high-impact projects, and developing the standards and codes that guide PG&E's technical services.
In this hybrid role based in Danville or San Ramon, you will balance project management with billable consulting hours. You will lead the performance of tests, prepare technical reports, and deliver presentations to audiences ranging from field operations to senior leadership. As a recognized authority in your discipline, you may represent PG&E at industry conferences, write trade articles, and provide testimony to external agencies.
