About the Role
If you chose engineering because you enjoy solving complex problems and developing innovative solutions, this role offers a unique opportunity to combine strong engineering fundamentals with hands-on construction experience. As a Geo-Structural Design Engineer in our Miami, FL office, you will work with a dynamic team of engineers to develop best-value solutions for complex projects while continuously growing your technical expertise.
You will be part of a collaborative environment where design drawings are prepared for construction and technical support is provided to the estimating department. Your work will focus on developing efficient, constructible solutions for projects routinely including deep foundation systems, earth retention systems, and ground improvement.

Requirements
- verifiedMaster's degree in Civil Engineering preferred
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering will be considered
- verifiedMinimum of 7-10 years of geotechnical and/or geo-structural engineering experience
- verifiedLicensed Professional Engineer (PE), or ability to obtain licensure within one year
- verifiedProficiency in Excel
- verifiedWorking knowledge of AutoCAD
- verifiedFamiliarity with geotechnical software including Settle 3D, GROUP L-PILE, GeoStudio, PLAXIS, DeepEx
Nice to Have
Master's degree in Civil Engineering. Experience in the design of excavation support systems. Structural engineering knowledge.
