At Verizon, we power and empower how people live, work, and play by connecting them to what brings them joy. We are a community of people who anticipate, lead, and believe that listening is where learning begins. In crisis and in celebration, we come together to lift our communities and build trust in how we show up, everywhere and always.
This role is part of our Customer Experience (CEx) portfolio, a pivotal area for driving innovation, creativity, and impact. As a Solution Architect specializing in Customer Experience, you will be more than just a technical resource; you will be a trusted advisor and a cornerstone for driving solution innovations and revenue growth. You will partner with sales, product engineering, and consulting teams to modernize how we design and deliver solutions for complex communication challenges.
In this mobile role, you will primarily work from customer or field locations, with occasional visits to Verizon offices for in-person training and meetings. Your focus will be on translating customer business requirements into comprehensive, end-to-end technology architectures. You will act as a subject matter expert in Unified Communications and Contact Center technologies, guiding stakeholders through the approval processes and creating the documentation needed for both the selling motion and implementation hand-offs.
You will deliver engaging live demonstrations and technical workshops to showcase our portfolio's capabilities. By deeply understanding customer communication needs, you will align technology solutions with their desired business outcomes, ensuring tangible results through cutting-edge technologies like AI, chatbots, and next-generation digital channels. This position emphasizes continuous learning and innovation, encouraging you to explore emerging technologies and contribute to our internal knowledge-sharing culture.
If Verizon and this role sound like a fit, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every "even better" qualification listed. We value diverse backgrounds and perspectives.
