This strategic leadership role sits at the intersection of technology, risk management, regulatory compliance, and business strategy. As the Vice President of AI Governance & Responsible AI, you will lead the development and implementation of comprehensive AI governance frameworks. You will partner with executive leadership, data science teams, legal, compliance, and business units to embed responsible AI practices throughout the organization.
Your day will involve establishing responsible AI principles, driving ethical AI adoption, and enabling technical innovation while ensuring compliance with evolving regulatory standards. You will chair AI governance committees, oversee model risk management forums, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate regulatory guidance into actionable technical controls. This role is designed for a leader who thrives in fast-paced, team-oriented environments and is driven to help our clients succeed through integrity and creativity.

Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Ethics, Law, or related field. Professional certifications such as CISSP, CIPP, or Certified AI Practitioner. Experience with AI governance frameworks like NIST AI Risk Management Framework, EU AI Act, or ISO/IEC standards. Hands-on experience with AI/ML development tools (Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, cloud ML services). Experience implementing AI governance technology solutions (model risk management platforms, bias detection tools, ML observability systems). Background in multiple financial services domains (credit risk, fraud detection, algorithmic trading, customer analytics). Experience with large-scale organizational transformation initiatives related to AI, data, or technology governance.
