We are seeking two full-time Physicians to join our teams in Topeka, KS, and Junction City, KS (CBOC). These positions are dedicated to primary care delivery for a panel of veterans, focusing on the advancement of the Veterans Affairs mission through high-quality, timely healthcare.
As a member of the General Medicine Service (GMS), you will practice to the full extent of your education, training, and certification. Your core functions include performing and documenting healthcare delivery according to VHA and EKHCS PC standards, providing advanced clinical practice, consultation, and management. You will hold prescriptive authority for your assigned panel of patients or program as indicated by your clinical privileges.
The VA offers a comprehensive total rewards package designed to support your career and well-being. Compensation ranges from $225,000 to $315,000 annually, determined by a formal pay-setting process that considers your education and length of practice (Base Pay + Market Pay). This includes a competitive salary, an annual performance bonus, and regular salary increases.
