The Department of Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery is seeking a full-time vascular surgeon to join our Division of Vascular Surgery and help build our growing practice at Ascension Seton Hays in Kyle, Texas, just outside of Austin. This regional hospital is a Level II trauma center and primary stroke center, serving as a destination for specialty care including heart and vascular, musculoskeletal, plastic, and neurological surgical care.
The selected candidate will become part of our expanding Vascular Surgery Division, engaging in a robust clinical practice covering the full spectrum of vascular diseases, including aortic aneurysms, peripheral arterial disease, carotid disease, end-stage renal disease, and venous disorders. The role also includes active involvement in medical student education and general surgery resident training at Dell School of Medicine and Dell Seton Medical Center, with shared call responsibilities among members of the Vascular Surgery team. This position is ideal for a candidate with several years of post-graduate training who is seeking an outstanding opportunity to build a unique practice with strong support from partners within a thriving and collaborative division.
