About the Role
As a Primary Care Physician (PCP) at ChenMed, you will serve as a health coach rather than just a consultant for sickness. You will lead a care team to help patients set and achieve short and long-term health goals, simplifying behavior change to make it actionable. You will be accountable for the outcomes of a panel of up to 450 patients, influencing their health through strong clinical care and cost-effectiveness.
This role requires you to function both independently and in collaboration with other healthcare professionals. You will work closely with managers and medical directors to ensure compliance with guidelines while participating in risk and quality management programs. As a leader within your center, you are expected to champion a positive culture of love, accountability, and passion, while actively managing center operations and assisting with recruitment efforts.
