Under the direction of the primary care operations team, the Primary Care Patient Care LPN works directly with Mercy Primary Care Providers to deliver safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, and patient-centered care. This role is designed to partner with patients, providers, and the broader clinical care team to drive quality outcomes for all patients. Duties are performed in strict alignment with Mercy's mission, values, and Service Standards.

Located at Mercy Jackson Convenient Care in Jackson, MO, this full-time position (40 hours per week) operates on a 7a-7p schedule. As an LPN, you will be a vital part of a collaborative team where your voice matters. Requirements
