About the Role
The Pricing Data Analyst serves as a subject matter expert for State and Federal contract and bid pricing, ensuring full contract compliance and competitive positioning. This role exists to manage pricing strategies and dealer compensation for new products, promotions, and programs while driving business insights through sales trend analysis.
In this position, you will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Management teams to develop optimized pricing responses under tight deadlines. You will analyze profit margins, understand the competitive landscape, and evaluate customer environments to win business. Your work involves maintaining price files, coordinating product launches with product marketing and inventory management, and working closely with the Service Planning Division to evaluate profit. You will recommend price and dealer compensation for management review, ensuring accuracy to maintain profitability and contract compliance.
This is a full-time role based at our Melville, NY headquarters. The position offers a hybrid work schedule requiring in-office attendance on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, with the option to work from home the remainder of the week, subject to business needs.
