About the Role
As the Pricing Analytics Manager at our Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI, you will direct Uline's comprehensive pricing strategy. This role exists to enhance reporting and analysis capabilities, transforming complex data into actionable recommendations that support our growing Sales team.
In this position, you will collaborate with executive leadership to develop and refine discounting strategies based on growth goals, market trends, and competitive analysis. You will facilitate quarterly pricing steering committee meetings, communicating results to senior leaders with clear insights. Your day-to-day involves directing cross-functional projects with Sales, Pricing, Merchandising, Inside Sales, and Executive Operations, as well as mentoring analysts on sales quoting data analysis.

Requirements
