Requirements
- verifiedDoctor of medicine or doctor of osteopathy degree from accredited U.S. school

- verifiedCompletion of training program in preventive medicine
- verifiedCompletion of ACGME approved residency in preventive medicine OR certification by American Board of Preventive Medicine
