Our Sioux Falls locations are set to open in early 2026, and we're looking for enthusiastic, caring, and creative individuals to help us fill every classroom and every position. Whether you are an experienced educator or just starting your journey, we are a willing to train and support your education through scholarships.
A Day in the Life
When you join us, you'll be part of a vibrant community dedicated to redefining early childhood education. You'll work Monday through Friday, executing lesson plans, maintaining licensing requirements, and ensuring a clean, safe environment for children aged 0-13. Beyond the daily duties, you'll be building relationships with parents, meeting their needs, and most importantly, having fun while making a difference in young lives.
Our Hiring Process
We want to find the perfect role and schedule to match your skills and goals. Our hiring process begins with Zoom interviews, followed by final in-person interviews as we get closer to our opening day. We are open to discussing responsibilities for all positions, from Infant and Toddler Teachers to School-Age Counselors and Receptionists.
