About the Role
As a Lead Teacher or Teacher at Bambini, you will be the heart of the classroom. Your role involves creating and implementing lessons that support our curriculum while using regular observations and assessments to individualize learning experiences for every child. You will lead classroom management, handling everything from preparing supplies and cleaning to managing transitions and supervision.
Collaboration is key; you will coordinate efforts with the teaching team to ensure proper student instruction and healthy social interactions. Beyond the classroom, you will serve as a vital resource to parents, fostering a positive partnership that supports the child's education. This position requires a candidate who is flexible, professional, and eager to take on various tasks across different age groups.

Application Process
Candidates must be physically able to lift and carry a minimum of 45 pounds, engage in physical activity with children, and work both indoors and outdoors. The role requires the ability to constantly move, alternate between sitting and standing, and maintain sight and sound of the children at all times. Successful applicants must be CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain certification), communicate effectively in English, and pass pre-employment screenings and required trainings.
