The Role

As a Teacher at our center, you will be the heart of the classroom, responsible for the comprehensive care and education of the children enrolled in your class. Your day will involve guiding children through fundamental concepts like colors, letters, numbers, and shapes using creative methods such as arts and crafts, storytelling, and supervised play.

Safety and compliance are paramount; you will ensure a clean, safe, and organized environment while strictly adhering to state licensing regulations. Beyond direct instruction, you will maintain open communication with parents and colleagues via the Brightwheel program, manage classroom logistics including opening and closing duties, and foster a positive, disciplined, and healthy learning atmosphere. This role requires a team player who can seamlessly support different age groups and handle food distribution and cleanup with care.

To be considered for this position, candidates must be at least 16 years old with a high school diploma, GED, or be in the process of obtaining one. A critical part of our hiring process involves verifying your eligibility to work with children, which includes obtaining an unrestricted Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card, as well as holding current CPR, First Aid, and Food Handler certifications.
