About the Role
As a Preschool Center Director, you will lead by example, displaying a passion for making a positive impact on the lives of children and employees. You will create an environment of trust, rapport, and inclusivity, easily connecting with diverse groups of people. You will guide teachers in implementing our proprietary curriculum, leveraging engaging characters to drive a fun and enriching learning experience.
Beyond the classroom, you will drive consistent business results measured through family retention, conversion, and enrollment growth. You will engage prospective families through in-person and virtual center tours, effectively showcasing the benefits of our program, and organize community marketing events to raise awareness.

Requirements

Nice to Have
Two or more years of center leadership/management experience. Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field.
