As a Preschool Assistant Center Director, you will lead by example, displaying a passion for making a positive impact on the lives of children and employees. You will create an environment of trust, rapport, and inclusivity, easily connecting with diverse groups of people. In this role, you will guide teachers in implementing our proprietary curriculum, leveraging engaging characters to drive a fun and enriching learning experience.
You will ensure the physical center environment adheres to health and safety standard operating procedures while maintaining full compliance with local and state licensing regulations. Beyond the classroom, you will drive consistent business results by managing family retention, enrollment growth, and efficient business operations. This includes overseeing accounts receivable and payable, generating monthly P&L reports, and managing employee payroll.
You will lead in immersive classrooms equipped with the latest technology, materials, and resources.
