About the Role
As a Preschool Center Director, you will lead by example, displaying a passion for making a positive impact on the lives of children and employees. You will create an environment of trust, rapport, and inclusivity, easily connecting with diverse groups of people. You will guide teachers in implementing our proprietary curriculum, leveraging engaging characters to drive a fun and enriching learning experience. Additionally, you will drive consistent business results through family retention, enrollment growth, and efficient operations, while engaging prospective families through tours and community marketing events.

Requirements
- verified2+ years center leadership/management experience (highly preferred) or 1 year (required)

- verifiedStrong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations
Nice to Have
Two or more years of center leadership/management experience. A Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field.
