About the Role
We are excited to open our brand-new center in Palm Coast, FL, and are looking for a warm, inspiring leader to help us bring our mission to local families. As the center leader, you will be the face of our new location, responsible for building meaningful relationships with families through daily communication, center tours, and community engagement events.
In this role, you will lead a happy, high-quality preschool and daycare environment. You will recruit, train, coach, and develop a strong teaching team to deliver our proprietary early childhood education curriculum. Beyond the classroom, you will oversee key business functions including enrollment growth, family retention, payroll, accounts receivable/payable, and monthly reporting. Your goal is to ensure all childcare operations strictly follow Florida licensing guidelines, health and safety standards, and TLE® policies while modeling the values that make our community thrive.
