About the Role
We are seeking passionate, experienced early childhood education teachers who are either Montessori certified or willing to train immediately. This role is ideal for those who are creative, loving, and nurturing, with a specific requirement for experience working with toddlers.
As a member of our team, you will be responsible for classroom education and the management of your group while strictly maintaining all Montessori principles and methods. You will provide quality, child-directed education within our small ratios, ensuring compliance with child welfare regulations. Your day will involve monitoring student progress, reporting to parents, and holding meetings with school administrators.
We offer flexible scheduling options, including full-time positions with 12-month, 10-month, or summer opportunities. Candidates must be fully dedicated to this position annually.

Qualifications & Culture
While we value diverse backgrounds, we specifically look for candidates with a strong understanding of Montessori education. Preferred qualifications include:
- Montessori teacher certification (0-3 or 3-6 age ranges) or a willingness to obtain it.
- Leadership experience in a Montessori school or similar setting.
- A Director credential from DCF (a plus).
- A preferred Department of Education teaching certificate.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing educational programs and curriculum materials.
- Bilingual capabilities (English-Spanish-French) are a significant plus.
