This position is designed for a passionate PreOp PACU RN ready to jump-start their career in a fast-paced environment. As a Perioperative Nurse, you will float to our surgery centers across the North Texas region, including McKinney, Frisco, MCD, MCOS, Plano, Allen, and Anna.
You will be responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating nursing care for patients preoperatively and postoperatively until discharge. Your day will involve preparing care areas, ensuring equipment availability, conducting comprehensive physical and psychological assessments, and administering pre-operative medications and IV therapy. You will play a critical role in monitoring patients, checking operative sites, and ensuring they meet all discharge criteria, all while upholding our core values of family-like care.
