About the Role
This position serves as a PreOp PACU RN within the North Texas Float Pool, offering a dynamic opportunity to support ambulatory surgery centers across the region. You will float to various locations including McKinney, Frisco, MCD, MCOS, Plano, Allen, and Anna, adapting your expertise to different team environments and patient needs.
In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating nursing care from the preoperative phase through to patient discharge. Your day-to-day involves preparing care areas, ensuring the availability of necessary equipment, conducting comprehensive physical and psychological assessments, and administering pre-operative medications and IV therapy. You will play a critical role in monitoring patients, checking operative sites for abnormalities, and ensuring all patients meet discharge criteria before they leave the facility.

Requirements
- verifiedAssociate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma or Higher degree in Nursing
- verified1+ years of nursing experience in a clinical setting

- verifiedPALS if required by facility within 30-days of hire
