About the Role
In this position, you will manage the preconstruction for projects up to $100M. You will partner with clients from the very start of each project to ensure a deep understanding of the project scope and vision. Your day-to-day involves collaborating with architects and construction crews to ensure feasibility, conducting on-site meetings, and negotiating with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors. You will oversee the beginning of turn-key projects, handling permit submissions and design evaluations, while preparing full general conditions estimates, cost analyses, and scope documents per trade.

Requirements
- verifiedMinimum 5 years of estimating or preconstruction experience with a commercial general contractor

- verifiedAbility to accurately assess blueprints
Nice to Have
