About the Role

This is a visible, long-term career-track position designed for a Senior Preconstruction Manager to lead design-build pursuits across mission-critical and industrial projects. You will have direct influence on pursuit strategy, estimating performance, and the growth of your team. In this role, you will lead preconstruction strategy for high-stakes projects including Data Centers, Manufacturing, and Light Industrial/Warehouse facilities. You will drive estimating strategy and competitive positioning while collaborating closely with executive leadership and business development. A key part of your mission will be mentoring and helping to grow a high-performing estimating and preconstruction team.
