The Opportunity

We are seeking experienced owner operators for immediate contract opportunities in multiple markets. This role is designed for drivers who value high mileage and reliable weekly pay. At Crane Freight, all dispatched miles—whether loaded or empty—are paid at the same rate, ensuring you are compensated for every mile you drive. We also provide fuel surcharges on all dispatched miles and offer multiple fuel discount programs to help manage operating costs.

Our operational model prioritizes your efficiency and safety. We provide forward-facing cameras and electronic log programs at no cost, alongside a company-sponsored insurance program, base plate program, and assistance with IRP and IFTA. We also offer a truck rental program and transition assistance for those looking to join our fleet.

Application Process

To qualify, candidates must meet specific criteria, including being at least 21 years old with a valid CDL Class A license and a clean driving record (2 or fewer moving violations or accidents in the last 3 years, with no DUI/DWI convictions in the last 7 years). A valid social security number and legal right to work in the United States are also required.
