We take the hassle out of compliance and administration. Our company-sponsored insurance program, along with assistance for IRP and IFTA, helps keep your paperwork in order. We also provide pre-pass and toll passes at no cost, forward-facing cameras, and an electronic log program for free. For those needing equipment, we offer a truck rental program and have no trailer rental charges.
Support is available 24/7/365 through our dispatch team. We also feature a safety incentive program, a referral program, and a transition assistance program to help you get started. Our settlement process is transparent and efficient, with weekly settlements via EFS Card and an online system that allows you to see your earnings before they settle. Orientation is 95% online, with any remaining materials sent via mail.
How to Apply
To qualify, candidates must be at least 21 years old with a valid CDL Class A license, a valid Social Security number, and the legal right to work in the United States. You must have a current CDL and medical card, along with one year of verifiable OTR tractor-trailer experience. A good Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and accident record are required, specifically no more than two moving violations or accidents in the last three years, and no suspended or revoked license in that same period. Additionally, there must be no DUI or DWI convictions in the last seven years. Candidates must be compliant with DOT regulations and the CSA program, and able to obtain TSA clearance or a TWIC card.
