About the Role

As a Preconstruction Manager, you will serve as a strategic partner in driving MTech's sales objectives and securing new business. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between engineering expertise and client needs, ensuring that every project is designed for success before construction begins.

You will manage the entire preconstruction lifecycle, from initial lead generation and market analysis to the final turnover to construction operations. Your day-to-day involves developing relationships with general contractors and end-users, providing technical design expertise for conceptual estimates, and leading the estimating team to produce accurate, profitable proposals. You will act as the primary client contact for project issues, collaborating closely with project engineers, managers, and owners to resolve challenges and ensure alignment with client goals.

Beyond technical execution, you will mentor junior sales engineers, sharing your knowledge of mechanical systems and corporate philosophy. This position requires a balance of strategic vision and hands-on management, ensuring that MTech's capabilities in engineering, construction, and service are effectively communicated to prospective clients.
