We are seeking a Solutions Engineer / Technical Account Expert to support pre-sales and post-sales customer success activities for our Inside Sales team. This role is dedicated to driving end-to-end digital intelligence capabilities to Law Enforcement agencies throughout the region.
In this position, you will serve as the technical bridge between our solutions and the critical needs of public safety. You will partner with engineers and architects to develop tailored technical solutions that address specific customer environments and requirements. Your day-to-day involves establishing rapport with potential and existing customers to identify their current and future technical needs, while providing expert guidance on product capabilities and engineering information.
You will work closely with the sales team to identify new accounts, plan sales strategies, and develop proposals that clearly articulate cost-benefit ratios and return on investment. A key part of your mission is gaining customer acceptance by demonstrating the technical value of our solutions, highlighting operational improvements, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements.
This is a collaborative role where you will contribute to the team's effectiveness by identifying strategic issues, recommending courses of action, and fostering professional growth through continuous learning and engagement with industry trends.
This position is based in our Tysons Corner, VA office. To ensure effective collaboration and team integration, this role requires a 5-day per week in-office schedule.
