Our mission is simple: follow DOT standards and put customers' needs first. We focus on building long-term relationships by keeping equipment safe, compliant, rolling, and on time. Our on-site service eliminates costly downtime, waiting, and the need to move equipment around. We serve markets across the Southeast corridor of Michigan (including Detroit, Ann Arbor, and Lansing) as well as Indianapolis, Cleveland, Louisville, and Nashville.
About the Role
You will join a mechanically savvy team with leadership that cares and wants you to succeed. As a technician, you will be the face of our service, traveling to customers to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial tractors and trailers. Your day will involve a mix of mobile road calls and in-yard work, where you will inspect, service, and replace parts including tires, hubs, axles, brakes, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Beyond the mechanical work, you will ensure all trailers meet U.S. Department of Transportation road safety requirements. You will compile detailed inspection reports, document repairs, and respond promptly to client queries. Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- verified5+ years of verified experience of Commercial Tractor and Trailer repair experience
- verifiedValid Driver's License with acceptable driving record
- verifiedBasic Computer Skills
- verifiedBasic reading and writing skills
Nice to Have
Experience with welding, certification a plus. High School Diploma or equivalent, Technical school degree, a plus. Class A CDL. Your own tools.
