About the Role

As a Used Car Acquisition Specialist, you will be the driving force behind expanding our inventory by identifying and securing profitable vehicles. This role exists to bridge the gap between digital marketing leads and physical inventory, ensuring a steady flow of quality cars for our customers.

In this position, you will follow up on leads generated through various internal and external channels, including Kelly Blue Book, Carfax, Accutrade, TrueCar, and dealership websites. Your day will involve responding to inquiries, searching online listings for vehicles that meet our buying criteria, and interacting directly with customers to negotiate purchase prices. You will also research vehicle service histories and Carfax reports, inspect vehicles to anticipate repair costs, and utilize appraisal tools like Vauto to determine accurate pricing. Beyond the acquisition itself, you will manage the transactional side by generating necessary paperwork and coordinating with financial and title teams to finalize purchases.
