We are excited to announce our expansion to Lynchburg, Virginia, with the opening of an on-site call center in the heart of Main Street. This new location supports our existing team in Northern Virginia and offers a unique opportunity to build connections and grow with a team that truly cares.

About the Role

The Contact Center Support Services Representative serves as the primary point of contact for our members, delivering high-quality service through multiple communication channels. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to apply sound judgment, adaptability, and customer empathy to assist members with account inquiries, transaction processing, and questions related to credit union products and services.

You will be expected to embody "The Apple Way" principles: Team Up, Serve with Purpose, Challenge Yourself, and Own It. Your day will involve resolving member concerns, maintaining accurate records, and identifying opportunities to support members' financial goals. This is a full-time, on-site position offering paid training and a chance to make a tangible difference in the lives of our community members.
